With the internet product i have my WIFI is still shocking even though it guarantees WIFI in every room of the house. I have a WIFI extender plugged in but it still doesn't give me decent speeds at the back of the house. Considering moving suppliers due to not being provided with the service that was promised.

The 'guarantee' is actually of a small refund if the specified wireless coverage cannot be achieved: no ISP can really guarantee complete coverage in all properties and construction types without the subscription becoming loss-making, which clearly wouldn't make business sense.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
