Wireless network key

Need wireless network key for my PC.  I am entering the mac. Code on back of router but keeps saying incorrect.

It isn't the mac address you should be entering but the network key that should be printed on the hub, it is also on the card that came with it.

Does your wireless key have and zero or O or i or L characters?

 

They are easy to confuse between uppercase and lowercase.

 

Have you tried entering it in your phone?
