Wired Connection - router drops out at regular intervals

I've been connected to Sky Broadband for four days, and have continual connection drop outs. I'm not using WiFi for every device - my Home PC is a Cat5 wired connection and drops out all of the time.

The wifi devices also drop out at the same time.

Phone is crackly but works.

Anyone any ideas?

Cheers

Stuart

@StuartBrad20

If your phone is crackling then this suggests a line problem. I would call Sky to report it as a phone fault rather than broadband as they will send a phone engineer who can diagnose the crackling which will in turn likely fix the broadband
