Windows 10 not connecting

Hi there,

I have tried every single solution possible. For months I've tried to get my PC to connect to the router and frankly £40 down on internet adapters and it STILL doesn't work is a joke. I've been through all of my PCs settings and it doesn't even pick up that there's WiFi coming out of the router. If this is unable to be fixed I want out of my contract as I've paid for 2 months of WiFi that hasn't even worked as labelled.

Re: Windows 10 not connecting

Also note this has never happened with any other router ever. On top of that I can see the neighbours sky routers but not my own

Do your other devices connect successfully to your Hub WiFi?

@Lennon3 Also on top off @TimmyBGood question, have you tried any adjustment to the sky Max wireless securities and turning off the 5Ghz temp to see if the PC can see anything off the Hub ssid!

Re: Windows 10 not connecting

Yup. Changed security settings. Tried running 1 port at a time (2.4 or 5). I have purchased WiFi dongles. I have INSTALLED a WiFi card into my pc. And I can't get it to work. If I factory reset by holding the WPS button my PC is able to find it and connect wirelessly for about 5 minutes before going blank again.
