Wifi
My Wi-Fi works for about 5/10 mins then goes off. We are having to constantly keep restarting Reuter etc all day/niggt. This has been ongoing for about 10 days. As a disabled person I totally rely on my internet working for tv purposes and phone. Tv is all I have and the last 10 days I cannot watch anythibg without losing connection. I urgently need this looking into please. Jacks

Re: Wifi
@Jacquelineb06 Although not easy and the Forum is not sky Customer Service, you say that you have to keep restarting to maintain a service, what do you see for both of these conditions, ie does you phone still keep working, and it is ONLY the TV that is gone connection wise, see the link below its all about the lights on the sky Hub, this is a good place to start, if you do need sky's help to sort it all out, then you have to call them direct, if your phone is a landline or a sky mobile, dial 150 on it and try to avoid the Forum option by hanging on to speak to customer service.... If you look at the link say what you have and what the lights are doing, the Forum may be able to advise another step in the Ladder before the time you have to call sky!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
