Wifi

Hi,

 

unfortunately since we have moved to WiFi max we have had numerous problems with our WiFi in the house. A number of time it can't run the WiFi check and other times it says it running well yet no one can seem to use. Currently we are having to go off WiFi to mobile data to look things up.

 

can someone please help as we thought we were paying for a faster service but it has been everything but.

I would  call sky about  this issue  and see what  they can do
