We cannot recieve any messages or pictures through over phones when connected to wifi. We have to swith wifi off on our phones to send messages and recieve them. We all have different makes off phones so it is not the phone. There has to be an issue with the wifi blocking this info. I have switched the box off and rebooted it but it has made no difference. It has been like this since we got the new router. Please advise as this should not be the case, we should be able to send anything through wifi.
