Wifi

Someone from the council came out to cut my grass and I think they have cut the internet wire the internet isn't on at all

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I have already ran a test line it's all good my husband went out to check the wires have been pulled out the box I really need a engineer but no phone numbers to call someone or speak to someone

@steph7392 Are you sure that the Internet wire is running along that way, it is a highly unusual method for a Fibre Optic or Copper cable to be done to connect up to a property!

The power light is green the internet light is off the WiFi is green and the voice is orange

I really need someone to come out I was watching tv and when they have cut my grass they have just ripped against the wall and pulled it out.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

@steph7392 In that case you need to call sky report it as you explained and have them organise Engineer repair. Number is in the link below, just use the need more help to see it.

I can't phone anyone cos it's asking for my bank account 2 digits and I don't know it so what on earth am I meant to do to get in contact with someone? I pay this bill every month and I'm not been cut off any chance anyone can phone me?
