Just realised when I run WiFi test it always come back good, just went onto phone WiFi says good, but I am on 4g lol now I know sky just trick you still the worst broadband I have ever had, they promise they will send engineer out to test WiFi and maybe give another booster but never do 4 times this this year still waiting

@john519 many phones will switch to use mobile data by default if the mobile speed is better which is quite common these days. If you want to stop that look for a seeting like WiFi assist which on an iPhonne is at the bottom of the mobile data settings. 

Not sure why you haven't received the promised visits from engineers did you follow up at the time?

@john519 Do you currently have the sky Max service, unless sky marked up originally one booster from them covered as agreed by you and them.
