Wifi

WiFi keeps dropping in and out. Upgraded my Internet and broadband in April and still not had an engineer out. Was expecting someone out on 24th April. Did not attend due to not having parts. Expecting someone out on May 30th but today received a message saying won't be out until July. 
this is really bad customer service. Especially if I am paying for this upgraded service I still am yet to receive.

@Abs08 You should not be paying anything extra until sky have been notified that your upgrade is complete and you are live on it, if you are paying extra, keep a note of when the charged extra and go after the refund off service from when till then....
