Hello I've been trying to play my PlayStation online for the last 3 days and I'm having no joy . It keeps freezing in the game I've tried resetting the WiFi I've unplugged it it's been harswired and not hardwired I don't know what else to do but . It can't go on like this as I'm paying for WiFi and not been able to use it
