Wifi

My WiFi's terrible. It shows full connection but it doesn't load any app on my phone, for example I can't watch a 30 second video on Facebook without having to switch to my data. Often when we're streaming on the tv it stops. Last night we were watching and twice the tv had lost connection and took us back 5 mins in the programme.
