Wifi

My WiFi is not working at the speed I would expect. It is particularly poor upstairs. The hub is beside my TV which can at times buffer. This has not happened before in my time at this address. I have only recently changed back to Sky as when I moved in it wasn't available. I am disappointed by the speeds I currently have and my phone apps are slow to load also. 

What can be done to improve this?
