@Chris24111 run the connection test in the My Sky app as that can book an engineer if it finds a line fault. If it doesnt the issue is likely to be with the WiFi signal strength in your home. You can maximise your WiFi speed by making sure your Sky hub is out in the open on a surface somit is above things like radiators.
