My WiFi has not been working for multiple hours.
I've tested it online and it says it's all good.
I've reset the box multiple times and tested it and all lights are green on the box.
still isn't working and I'm now stuck on what to do.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Connor241 in these circumstances Sky recommend powering down the hub for at leasrc30 minutes before restarting it. That shoulld change your connection from a faulty server port to one thst is working.
