Wifi won't accept password

New customer and cannot add devices to wifi.  Says check password.  Have done. Have also reset to factory settings

Thanks but eventually had to spend an hour on the phone with them and it wasn't me I need a new hub,beingsent. Not a great start!

@Deborahjf Just be carefull when you enter the password to the devices, especially with o O 0, i 1 etc look very similar!

Retyped many times with others dictating so definitely not a typo

@Deborahjf Have you managed to get ONE single device to connect on the wireless wi-fi password wise!

Password label is it on the back off the hub, underneath on the base off the hub, and you should also receive a card in the box with ALL the details, take a quick look whatever one you have matching each other!

Can't get any device to pair. Wifi is available but not with the password provided.  Started everything up this morning as a new customer with a tv and broadband package.  Everything working apart from trying to add phone or tablet.
