Wifi with no internet connection

I was connected to the wifi using my handphone, but when I go into settings, the information showed that there's no connection to internet. The internet light on my wifi device kept flipping between green and orange the whole day

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

It seems that the problem I'm facing now is a repeated problem since I read quite a few users complaining the same problem in the community; wifi hub is working but no internet connection, connections kept flipping in and out, following instructions like reseting/rebooting the devices. Any way to contact sky besides dialing 150 as I don't have access to a phone?
