@Colin169 not an uncommon issue as in many homes the single free Sky hub cannot provide fast WiFi in every room. The solution is ti either buy one of Sky's add-ons like WiFi Max when they will provide extenders if thry are required to get 10Mb/s in every room riding to 25Mb/s if you have an Ultrafast service or you can buy your own third party whole home wifi system.
