Wifi within my home is very poor. This is now impacting my work due to working from home. You change the router and am still have connection issues. Logging my laptop out when am in a meeting. This is not acceptable and needs to be resolve or you are in breach of our contract.

@T_n_ Hope that you are aware the Forum is not sky Customer Service but just user's like yourself! If you have been in contact with sky before as you may have been reading your post then do so again! Dial 150 from your landline phone from 8am to 8pm or the social media if that works better for you!

If you wish to work from home, you should look at a business service would work better for you in the long run!

In case you decide this is the way for you, linked also!

@T_n_ Sky would not be in breach of contract for poor WiFi, unless you are a Sky WiFi Max subscriber and they cannot meet the guaranteed minimum WiFi with pods in place.

Working from home has no bearing on the service, as you are using a domestic-only service. If you choose to use it for work, that's your choice, but Sky won't provide any help for that.
