Mine as well! No connection at all now. Looks like a trip into the office today. Tried to get help online but trying to find a solution is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!😔
Me 3!!! I had to move from superfast to fibre as my area is ridding the cable boxes at top of my street had nothing but little to no connection ever since and spending more money on our phones for data!!!!
