My wifi isn't great through the house and I pay for the wifi gaurantee but sky just keep telling me it's fine. Some rooms the signal is really bad and I can't use laptop for zoom calls etc because of it. What can I do and can I get money back from sky for it as I pay for the gaurantee

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Red82If you pay for broadband boost then you can call Sky and request a booster. They may ask you some questions regarding this. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the prompts. But stay on the line even asked to hang up.
