Wifi still paused but I have unpaused

Hi,

 

I seem to have issues with the wifi pausing option on my account. We pause the childrens ipads and firesticks on an evening but for some reason when they are unpaused they have stayed paused and I have tried rebooting the devices but all still paused. If someone could help that would be great

@CLG2611 I assume you checked forcan obvious set up gotchas so am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
