Wifi speeds below 5mbps

I am guaranteed a broadband speed of 100mpbs but I am only achieving around 5 or less. This has been happening over the last week.

Note that's the guarantee over optical cable and ethernet as far as the Hub, not WiFi coming from it.

For G.fast it's the same guarantee as far as the Hub over the phone line.
