Wifi speed below minimum guaranteed

The past couple of days the wifi has seemed really slow downloading and uploading and laggy while online gaming. Usually we get around 70 down and 15-20 upload. At the minute it's about 30-35 down and 1-2 upload. The contract states our minimum is 69 yet they won't do anything about fixing it? Is there anything else I can do?

Have you been officially notified that's the case and offered the option to leave the contract without penalty?

Realistically not a lot: Openreach is reducing copper line support as it transitions the national network to optical cable and so any other Openreach ISP is likely to offer a reduced 'guarantee'
