Hi all,
I am looking for a bit of assistance on an issue that has been growing over the past few months.
I have my router connected to a number of devices by both a wired etherernet (Into personal switch) and over WiFi. Over the past few months I began to notice periodic drops in the WiFi connection (and only Wifi), initially as low as once a week but currently, the connection struggles to hold up for more than 15 minutes. Alongside this the strength of the WiFi has plumetted and often doesn't hold up to even light internet browsing. As a test, my mobile now needs to be held within 5 foot of the router in order to maintain a WiFi stable connection.
As a workaround, I have moved any critical devices onto a wired connection but would now like to address the cause of these issues. As far as I am aware, nothing has changed in the location of the router, nor receiving devices, is this a symptom of an old/aging SkyHub and how do I go about requesting a replacement?
Thank you.

1. You are using an older Sky hub that shouldnt really be used anymore (SR102)
2. Your router uptime is 53 days. As a rule of thumb i suggest always power cycling network gear around once per month
3. Your line looks to have a slight fault on it as you've been banded to 35mbps when your line is clearly capable of the full 40mbps allowed by your package.
