Hey! We have recently switched to your service and just feel like something isnt right! We have ran checks and it says everything is ok! But on mobile devices service is so slow and often doesnt work that we end up using mobike data for quicker results. Wifi connection often completely drops upstairs. Any help or advice please?

I have had the same problem. The Wi-Fi is really slow and I am having to use my data to access a website. I've looked at the usage and who is using Internet and I can't see any problems although I have noticed my daughter is using an Amazon fire stick Which may be the problem so I'm going to disable that, but this is just a guess
