Wifi permanently slow since ever having it installed

The wifi has been slow ever since it was installed, emails never load, no images etc. 

When I check the status it always says 'looks like there's a problem' (see image) but then when I go further it says everything's fine.... but it definitely isnt!

..... it won't seem to let me upload an image / screenshot, and when i copy and paste the table the format disappears....

There is nothing on your stats that suggest a problem other than you have everything connected via WiFi and nothing cabled.

How many devices do you have?
