My wifi box is green and ive done what it says when the issue pops up on my phone screen (unplug and replug the specific cable and reset the router) but its not working and keeps popping up with the exact same error.
@Jess204 Is your device displaying a set off wifi bars with an ! exclamation mark, ie connected to wireless wifi network but NOT to the internet.... If so then the hub is requesting that although it is connected ie all the green lights are on, there is NO data flowing from the connected server ie NO Internet!
