Hi my wifi is not working. I need an engineer out asap because i work from home for my company and i need the wifi to be working for my job. Please can you fix issue asap. Its urgent

The Openreach target time to fix a domestic broadband fault is two working days starting the following working day morning after the user contacts their ISP. They report to Ofcom that they meet this target in around 85% of cases.
Sky Broadband is a domestic service: while it can be used for WFH this brings no additional priority.
