The internet has gone off .. this happened two weeks ago also. The router is very warm to touch. We have unplugged it and will leave it for a while. I think we may need a new router box?

Did you contact Sky to report the outage? Sky usually dont automatically recongise an outage.
The Sky hub is completely normal to be warm to the touch, its not a problem if it comes too hot that it burns.
