Wifi not working

WiFi dipping in/out since late last night. Anyone else having issues?

Yes outs has been under the speed guarantee for the last 4 days, hoing round in circles trying to contact SKY about this

I'm going mad with wifi issues.  Ours went out last Tuesday night.  Speaking to a person is nigh on impossible.  Finally got someone and despite their constant insistence that everything is fine ( I wouldn't be ringing if it was wound I?) the quickest I can have an engineer is next Monday.  That's two weeks without any internet access.  And this is a disabled household, registered for priority access 😡.  
funnily enough, it was fine until someone was messing around with the telegraph pole the same day but they insist there isn't a problem.
