Our wifi hasn't been working for about a day now. We've tried all of the suggested steps to fix it (i.e. unplugging the cables and plugging them back in, turning the router off and on, resetting the router) but nothing worked. When testing the broadband, it said there were no faults. Currently the "power" and "wifi" lights on the router are green but the "internet" light is turned off. We can't connect to the wifi at all. Please help!
