Wifi not working upstairs
My Wi-Fi is not connected to any device upstairs

@Paulaszy depending on the type of construction and layout of your home that is not ygst unusual. Many himes need muktiple WiFi sources to get usable WiFi in every room. Sky sell a pckage called WiFi Max (https://www.sky.com/broadband/wifi-max) which can get you up to 3 extenders lent or you could buy your own equipment.
