Wifi not connecting

No wifi orange light showing in on 2nd light

@Sharong the second light is nothing to do with WiFi which is the connection in your home instead it indicates the hub has lost broadband connection to the exchange. To check if this is due to an area fault run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. If thst doesnt tell you Sky are already aware of an issue givecthem a call to report the loss of connectiin.
