Wifi max hub keeps resetting/dropping out
Hi all, wonder if anybody can help with this one, I've been with sky for broadband for a month now and in that time the super fast fibre with WiFi max package has typically been good. I have I that time noticed the WiFi intermittently drop maybe twice, the hub resets itself and all is fine, both of these times have been during the day. This week I have had some time off work and yesterday this happened 4-5 times with 5-10 minutes between the Internet or WiFi coming back online, this again was during the day and seemed to be stable during the evening. Today once again the Internet has dropped out around 8 times in the same fashion as yesterday. I have tried running the tests on both the MySky app and website, once it said the connection was slow between my hub and devices, I've ran it twice since and it has said everything is OK (despite my devices displaying being connected without Internet) and since then I've tried to run the test 3 times and the last check comes back saying sky's tests are unavailable at the moment. Just for info the hub is connected to the master port. Apologies for the essay but I have to say I have found Sky's apparent hide and seek policy for technical support contact infuriating to say the least, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Once again hub is resetting itself this morning, red light comes on, then flashing green, then flashing Amber, then green then white when it's back,
the time varies as to how long it drops out for.
The bit of research I've done on here it appears to be likely that it's a faulty unit as the white max hub I have appears to be terrible, nice wheh you pay extra a month for it. How do I go about downgrading to a standard hub?
