Wifi keeps dropping

All lights are green on the hub, I've run the status checker and its all good. The wifi keeps dropping, my laptop says its connected to the hub but no internet, then it reconnects, then it drops agin........

I've had this before, its like this for a couple of days and then it all goes OK again for months.

 

Most frustrating is there is never anything from Sky to explain this. It cannot be just that my hub decides to intermittantly lose internet for a couple of days, there must be something going on with the whole sevice.

@Johnno456 Would be good if you could say all devices loose the Internet connection at the same time instead off just the Laptop with the connected wireless wifi but with no Internet, get's hard to say if All or just One specific device!

My green lights flashing and I've lost connection but sky say everything is working. Restarted the hub and nothing working yet

It was all devices.

As predicted yesterday, its all OK again now. I've done nothing, I've changed nothing but somehow its now working fine again.

 

It has to be something to do with the Sky service and not my individual hub/broadband/WifI.

@Johnno456 That may or may not be a correct assumption you are making, but as it auto reconnects it could be absolutely anything in the chain, but as you say ALL devices, then looking like sky Hub and outwards!

 

If it is indeed wifi you can have something on an Ethernet connection to the sky Hub, that way it can be defined further, like only WiFi devices disconnect!
