Wifi keeps dropping

Upgraded to full fibre and have experienced lots of issues on MS Teams calls since - never happened before the upgrade so absolutely believe that's the issue.

Fed up of being unable to speak to a human at Sky and being directed on "online" assistance which seems to equal no assistance.

Have cancelled Sky TV package and will also be cancelling broadband as soon as I can - diabolical service.

@Michelle1966  Is this you being directed when you call and they send you a text to come here? What happens if you stay on the line? Does it just disconnect you?
