Wifi keeps dropping

Morning,

 

I have ran the checks against my broadbanf/wifi via your online options and you have confirmed all looks ok, however i think i still have a problem

 

1) phone connection to the wifi is really slow, buffering a lot

2) my internet drops and connects multiple time daily (I WFH ).

 

are there any more checks that can be done to check speed and stability etc

I am having the same issue and have had for the last two weeks. I cannot get hold of anyone from Sky. Means I can't run any of my devices through the hub and can't work from home. 

wifi used to be brilliant. Now this is just shocking. 

think I am going to leave Sky - and would advise others to do the same. Only way they will learn to get the basics right.

Im having the same issue, for the past week everything has slowed down,

TV buffering, Laptop to work from home is slow and im having to travel to places to get a better connection.

Gaming... Well the kids are complaining loads with regards to that subject.

I have reset the Router and devices, checked the connection speeds and it says its all good.  When clearly it isnt.

Help from Sky support is minimal.   Please help struggling parent trying to entertain kids and work
