Wifi keeps dropping

The status on my phone says its connected but "ready to connect when quality improves.." please help I keep having to turn it on and off.

That suggests you have a poor WiFi environment. You may want to try changing the WiFi channel or repositioning your Sky hub

The issue is its fine most of the time. Its just when im working from home it decides to cut out during the day.
