Our wifi has dropped out of service every night for the last 3 nights at least 2 times a night and up to 5 times a night. Please can you advise why this keeps happening ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Danny85 depends what time of night you mean as loss of connection between midnight and 5am are often due to work being done in the network which you can do nothing about. However if you lose connection in the evening then check the lights on the hub (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) if they show the hub is losing connection to the line which means there is a line issue which are not uncommon following the recent bad weather if you call Sky they maybe able to raise a fault with Openreach whether they can or not depends on severity of the issue. If they can't the line should sort itself out in a week or so.
