Tried everything surgested and still can not work with out re connecting 4 times to completed any inputs it is really annoying, swopped to SKY due to BT being rubbish now SKY is the same so much for speed and effectivity.
My broadband has dropped since 11am too and the MySky app says that there is nothing wrong with the service in my area, but even resets are not getting the connection back and I work from home....
