Wifi keeps dropping off

Wifi keeps dropping out and takes ages to load or upload anything ! 

its becoming very frustrating and have been dealing with it for 3 years and only this year I'd thought to upgrade my package deal for faster broadband but it still is slow and feels nothing has changed

@Davidliang10 You went from what package to what other package, unless you did a CF CityFibre connection symmetrical, then Uploading will possibly not have any dramatic effect to what you are doing at all!

The service checker will show you the history for your connection to the hub, start there and have a look! 30 Days are record to look at.

I don't know what it's called but I went from the basic package to the next package up sky full fibre package I believe it's called
