Wifi keeps disconnecting

Over the past few days my wifi disconnecting. In the my sky app it says theres a problem with my broadband and wifi and it also shows im getting less speed than usual, then when I press on the "fix this" button it runs it diagnostic check and it says everything is fine.

 

sometimes when the wifi keeps disconnecting the Internet light switches off then goes to amber>flashing amber then back to green. It disconnects every 5-10 minutes and when I run advanced diagnostic on my computer i have severe packet loss and Internet uptime doesnt even stay higher than an hour meaning router keeps disconnecting. All devices connected suffer from this.

@Scorpion15 the symptoms you describe imply a line issue which will require action by the network provider who are modt  likely to be Openreach. The second test should have offered an engineer's appointment if Openreach was willing to offer one. Unfortunately they require the automatic systems to have failed before they will send out an engineer which can take upmto 2 weeks. 

You can call Sky and see if they can donanything but I am not optimistic.

I am having this exact same issue app says fault. I have drop outs slow buffering even on ethernet connections. Sky puck is playing up crashing and having screeching sound going through TV like old interference we used to get on radios etc. Reset everything and fine apart from slow then drops again. All since they changed us over to fibre few weeks ago through openreach.
