If you're FTTP and have an ONT that the hub plugs into, turn off or unplug at the wall both ONT and hub. Leave for a minute and then turn the ONT back on and wait for all green lights. Once it's up and running, turn the hub back on. Obviously if not on FTTP just turn the hub off for a minute and back on.
