Wifi issues on top floor

Hi, we bought the service to ensure all the rooms and all the devices are connected with good sginal but on the top floor the wireless is very weak and even on our i-phones some times we see are are connected to 4G instead of wireless which never happened with Virgin (our previous provider)

First try turning off the hub for a couple of minutes and then waiting for the reboot.

 

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
