Wifi issues Sky Mini box not working

so last few days wifi keeps dropping in and out been pretty much flawless since joining Sky 12 months ago all checks looks good on Sky App but it isn't also mini box not working now gets to press home button when screen goes blank message but after a short while no signal message appears on my TV and light on mini box stays orange any help would be much appreciated tried everything as far as i can tell (unplug/plug back in router, mini box etc)

@BigAlTheGas if there is no picture on the TV it sounds like an issue with the Q mini rather than the WiFi as you would get an error message displayed on screen with a blue background rather than what sounds like your TVs nomsignal message when the Q mini loses its network connection. Call Sky to either get a new Q mini or an engineer to come out.
