Wifi issue
We work from home and our office is upstairs. We have a booster but only getting 300mbps which is no good as we need this to be faster for meetings can you advise or will need to cancel our broadband.

We are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.
I believe that for additional boosters to the one you have, this is only possible after an engineer visit to confirm the requirement.
Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won’t receive additional or quicker support.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
