Wifi issue

Can you help please? The broadband hub has been reset abd is showing a good connection, as is the online app. However there is no wifi connection to any devices. Is this a provider issue or is the hub faulty? Thanks

Same here - for the fourth time in 3 weeks, orange light on "voice" and no WiFi.  Same for my friend, who lives 15 mile away but same issues, both always at the same time.  Weirdly corrects itself after a day or two - had two engineers around and still like this. I will be leaving Sky...
