Wifi is not working.

My WiFi isn't working. The smiley face on the router flashes and then turns off.

Hi @Chrisgailey 

For starters, if you have a hub thats got a smiley face then your using outdated equipment. I would contact Sky and report this issue as well as let them know your using a very old router.
