Wifi has been disconnecting everyday for weeks and i have already changed the standby mode to none

I am about to cancel the sky WiFi as it has been constantly disconnecting, different times of the day, all the attached products then have yo be reset and then sometimes they don't connect. I have spent many days and hours trying to reconnect to the WiFi and this is not reliable, ring doorbell is connected and this isn't good enough. I cannot locate a contact number to speak to someone
